Johan Palm Sweeden’s Tween Thing of the Month
Currently in the United States its has been proclaimed by the tweenage horde that Justin Bieber is the current Aaron Carter/Jonas Brothers/Jesse McCartney/Backstreet Boys/Attractive Male/Hanson Brothers/’N Synce of the next couple of months. I often times wonder about Tweens and Cellphone wielding ten year olds from other countries. What type of Prepubescent Pop is marketed to them. Actually, never mind I don’t care about what they like, but I did come across this odd Swedish lad named Johan Palm. Johan is of the typical Swedish breed, blond, blue eyes, vampire like paleness, and a talent for producing happy go lucky pop noise.
He looks kind of beautiful, but at the same time he exhibits a certain soulless marketable beauty.
I love those crafty Swedes, and how they take everything to the next level. In the video below Johan Palm is being pursued by a stampede of adoring/brainwashed/estrogen ridden fans. Johan must stay ahead of the horde as to avoid being trampled to death by ugg boots, while at the same time maintaining his distance from the camera.
Who is was the most coolest/most popularist/ fan in the video?
Was it the Tweenboy in the beginning who decided to fold his arms, and peace out? Good Call Bad Call?
How about the girl with the super cute Adidas bag, and matching Puma shirt? Those giant heart earrings worked well with the sweatpants <3!
Maybe the girl who ran around on the edges to get the shot deserves the best fan award? Did she get the shot?
Maybe none of this matters maybe all these boy pop stars are just another phase created by some faceless corporate monster bent on taking money from mothers of tweens. On the other maybe its just being a normal kid in a first world country with large amounts of disposable income.
He's a lovely chap and I' m proud he's Swedish.
